Terror related attacks are becoming commonplace and first responders, including 911 Call-takers, must be familiar and prepared with the risks, causes, and nature of the various terrorist related activities and attacks that have occurred and that are likely to occur. This 8 hour course will prepare you to better understand and handle terror related emergencies.
